The beautiful, sunny and lovingly furnished flat for 1-5 people is located on the ground floor of the historic Engadine house. The veranda impresses with a large living/dining room with integrated, modernly equipped kitchen including cooker, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.

The veranda has two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is possible to book an extra bed for an additional person.

A modern bathroom with bathtub and washbasin as well as a separate WC complete the flat.

Even in icy cold temperatures, the veranda delights with its many windows, which give you the feeling of sitting outside in the sunshine, except that it is cosy and warm here. A small staircase gives you direct access to the 1000m2 garden with barbecue area, swing and sandpit.

Cross-country ski trail and bus stop directly in front of the house - shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Loved the Veranda apartment, very bright, well laid out, everything you need. Perfect for onetwo couples (there are two spacious double bedrooms)for a family. La Punt is really pretty and conveniently located for going pretty much anywhere in the valley (I was there in the winter and skied everywhere). Seraina is super helpful, instructions are clear and easy, and she is very friendly and responsive. Overall, could have not asked better, I will be back for sure!! Thank you Seraina!

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr grosser Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die verschiedenen Bewohner der andern Ferienwohnungen, die sich im selben Haus befinden. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung.

Arrival and departure

Your flat is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.

Pets: 1 dog allowed, others ONLY on request.

Dogs are welcome, provided they are clean, well behaved and quiet.

CHF 50.00 per dog and stay.

Parking places

Chesa Strimer has its own 2 free parking spaces in front of the house, which cannot be reserved, and two bookable parking spaces in an underground garage 100 m from the house. In addition, it is possible to park free of charge in the blue zone in the public car park behind the garden. It is not necessary to move the vehicle each time.
