The beautiful, sunny and lovingly furnished apartment for 1-5 people is located on the second floor of the historic Engadine house. The Terrassa impresses with a charming living/dining room with integrated, modernly equipped kitchen including stove, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.

The highlight is certainly the sunny and spacious south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. The Terrassa has two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is the possibility of an extra bed for an additional person. A modern bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin and a separate WC renovated in December 2023 complete the apartment. All apartments have free use of the 1000m2 garden with barbecue area, swing and sandpit.

Cross-country ski trail and bus stop directly in front of the house - shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Our stay in the cosy flats Stüva Sur and Terrassa was wonderful and beautiful again this year. Everything corresponds exactly to our expectations: the kitchen is equipped with every comfort, cleanliness is top and the well-kept facilities with lots of charm let us really relax.

This winter we stayed for the third time in the Terrassa flat of the Chesa Strimer and enjoyed our stay as always. The flat is very sunny, offers a beautiful view and is furnished with care. The kitchen has everything you need.

The Chesa Strimer is ideally located, just a few minutes from the cross-country ski trails and the bus stop. The location is very quiet.

The landlady is friendly and answers questions promptly. The handover of the keys was always flawless and uncomplicated.

We were only staying for 3 days. The apartment is nicely furnished, in a great location within easy driving distance to the ski areas. Free parking without problems right behind the house. There is a small bakery and shop in the village. The owner is very nice. I can only recommend even in summer here must be a very nice holiday.

Your flat is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.

Pets: 1 dog allowed, others ONLY on request.

Chesa Strimer has its own 2 free parking spaces in front of the house, which cannot be reserved, and two bookable parking spaces in an underground garage 100 m from the house. In addition, it is possible to park free of charge in the blue zone in the public car park behind the garden. It is not necessary to move the vehicle each time.
